Job Responsibilities
- Estimation of moisture of raw materials & finished goods by automatic analyzer and hot air oven.
- Performing ash test.
- Estimation of fat.
- Determination of pH, acidity and water activity.
- Estimation of refractive index, SG and Brics.
- Estimation of chana and fat of fresh milk.
- Milk adulteration test.
- Estimation of flour gluten and sedimentation value.
- Estimation of oil rancidity, free fatty acid & peroxide value
- Testing and keeping documents of all packaging materials.
- Making report of competitors product quality
- Maintain all records of Quality Departments.

Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Food Technology or B.Sc in Chemistry.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 30 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Minimum 5 years working experience in any reputed food industry.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Chemist/Bio-Chemist, Production, Quality, R & D
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Beverage/ Food (Packaged), Manufacturing (FMCG)
- Working experience in any reputed food & beverage industry will be given preference.
- Must have good command in MS Word & MS Excel.
- Must be self motivated, ingenuous, energetic and able to work under pressure
